Prices given over the phone for common faults are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed before any work begins, and we won't proceed without your agreement if it differs from the initial estimate.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Parts and labour are covered under warranty for a period to be confirmed on your invoice. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You can cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with reasonable notice. Cancellations with very short notice, once an engineer is already en route, may incur a callout charge.

Most calls booked before early afternoon get a same-day slot. No callout fee if we carry out the repair.
